Dacorum council have approved our bespoke 15m x 6m Annexe in Berkhamsted.
East Suffolk council
East Suffolk council have approved our bespoke 11m x 5.5m Annexe, work will start immediately to enable them to enjoy the summer in their new Annexe.

Southend Council approved our build in Leigh-on-Sea. A 9m x 5.5m, one bedroom annexe. For an elderly parent to live in their daughters garden, so that they can care fo their future needs, saving thousands of pounds per month on residential care.
Aberdeenshire Council – Scotland
Aberdeenshire Council approved our build in Banff. A 11m x 5.5m, one bedroom annexe. Obtaining the Certificate of Lawful Development only, Aberdeen is a little out of our area, but we are happy to liase with their builders to ensure the build goes smoothly and adheres to the Caravan Act.
Newham Council – London
The London Borough of Newham Council approved our build in Plaistow. A 4m x 4m, one bedroom annexe, proving we are completely flexible regarding size up to a maximum of 20m x 6.8m.
Old Harlow
Harlow Council approved our build in Old Harlow. A 6m x 6m, one bedroom annexe finished in maintenance free Cedral Marley Fibre Cement cladding.This enables the boards to not only be very sturdy and long-lasting but also resistant to rot, damp, UV rays and all-weather types.
Sawbridgeworth
East Herts Council approved our build in Sawbridgeworth near Harlow. An 10.5m x 5m, one bedroom annexe finished in natural larch timber.
Dunmow
High Roding build near Dunmow, Essex. An 11m x 5.5m, one bedroom annexe finished in Sage Green, Cedral Marley cement weatherboard cladding allowing for care free maintenance.

A Certificate of lawful development successfully secured in Sandwell Council for an annexe in Wednesbury. Our client was refused full planning permission by Sandwell Council. Mobile Annexe successfully secured a Certificate of Lawful Development allowing us to build a 9m x 5.5m, one bedroom annexe in their garden.
